01. Acceptance

By accessing Coya AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent a business or clinic, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

02. Service Level

Coya AI provides an autonomous AI receptionist system. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for missed calls or scheduling conflicts due to third-party calendar provider downtime.

03. Founder Program

The Founder Offer ($1,500/mo) is limited to the first 15 qualified clinics. This rate is locked for the lifetime of the account. A $500 non-refundable commitment fee is required to secure this position.

04. AI Behavior

You are responsible for the "Training Data" and configurations provided to the AI. Coya AI follows your business rules but cannot be held liable for specific conversation outcomes or advice given by the AI agent outside of standard booking procedures.

05. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient transcripts, call logs, and customer records. Coya AI maintains an immutable license to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving your specific instance of the service.
